HOW DO I EARN WESTIN REWARDS POINTS?
Once enrolled, participants will earn points for each Westin product purchased. All points will be issued based on purchases, less returns and credits.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MANY WESTIN REWARDS POINTS I'VE EARNED?
Participants can access their account on the Westin Rewards website. The site will display program-to-date points accrued, points earned for the previous month, points redeemed and balance available. This information can only be viewed online at: WWW.WESTINREWARDS.COM.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
As a Westin Rewards Program participant, you have a great choice of awards merchandise such as Makita Tools, Kicker Electronics, Westin Products, Westin Apparel, or a combination of all of these. See website for available products.

HOW DO WE REDEEM FOR AWARDS?
Beginning January 1, 2009, Participants may redeem points by selecting the merchandise reward(s) desired from Westin Rewards website and filling out the Redemption Form. Merchandise will be delivered within 8 to 10 weeks of receipt of the Redemption Form.

DO AWARDS EXPIRE?
Points earned retain their validity for the duration of the Westin Rewards program. Points are also valid for up to six months beyond the official program end date. Remaining points not redeemed during the six month period following the end of this program, will be lost. Points are forfeited if an account is inactive for a period of 6 consecutive months.
