PARTICIPATION: Only independent Jobber-Retailers, Dealers and Installers who purchase Westin products from participating Warehouse Distributors and operate through a brick & mortar business establishment will be authorized and enrolled by Westin Automotive Products. AN ENROLLMENT FEE OF $20 MUST ACCOMPANY THE ENROLLMENT FORM TO COVER ADMINISTRATIVE SET-UP COSTS.

Westin Wholesale Distributors (WD’s) with retail establishments are exempt from the Westin Retailer Points Promotion. Westin reserves the right to refuse participation for any reason. Canadian companies - Please see Westin Rewards site for complete program rules.

POINT ISSUANCE: Westin points will only be issued in the Business name as stated on initial enrollment form. Points are non transferable and cannot be combined with any other Westin offers.

POINTS ACCRUAL: Westin Points begin to accrue the first month after the participant has been enrolled by Westin. All Westin Points will be issued based on purchases, less returns and credits. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WESTIN REWARDS PARTICIPANT TO VERIFY POINTS ONLINE AT WWW.WESTINREWARDS.COM Any disputes or missing points must be reported within 90 days of original purchase to be credited.

STATEMENT: Information such as program-to-date points accrued, points earned for the previous month, points redeemed, and balance available can be viewed on the Westin Jobber Loyalty Program website: WWW.WESTINREWARDS.COM Statements will not be mailed.

POINT REDEMPTION: Beginning January 1, 2009 Participants may redeem points by selecting the merchandise reward(s) desired from Westin Rewards website and filling out the Redemption Form. Please allow 8 to 10 weeks of receipt of the online order for processing and delivery.

NOTE: IF AN ACCOUNT IS INACTIVE FOR A PERIOD OF 6 CONSECUTIVE MONTH’S POINTS ARE FORFEITED. TAX REQUIREMENTS: Federal laws generally require that the value of the incentive awards be included in the recipient's taxable income and require reporting of the amount to the IRS, by the recipient. Any liability for federal, state or local income taxes imposed on an award received from this program will be the sole responsibility of the participant receiving the award and not Westin Automotive Products or any of its agents.
